Location
Swanage is located to the east of the Jurassic Coast, a World Heritage Site. It's a bustling seaside town with many activities including an Amphitheatre, an abundance of coastal walks, crazy golf and many independent shops, bars and restaurants. Nearby are Old Harry Rocks and Studland Bay which offer breathtaking views of the south coast.

Fees
The site fees for a twin lodge are £7,701.29 which includes water usage, sewerage, refuse disposal, maintenance of the park, owners passes for the facilities, owners discount on food in the restaurant, as well as access to the exclusive owner's events throughout the year. These costs can either be paid in full or split over two payments in the year. There is also a fee of for the council tax for the tax year 18/19. Utility charges will be dependant upon amount used.
